1. Caravans are offered subject to being unlet at the time booking fee and booking forms are received. 

2. Caravans cannot be let to groups of young men and/or women without prior consultation. A security bond will  be required if accepted. All occupants in these groups must be over 21 years of age. 

3. The number of persons in the Caravan at any time MUST NOT EXCEED THE NUMBER OF BERTHS IN  THE CARAVAN including children of all ages. 

4. Cars may be parked at owner’s risk in the area provided close to the caravans. 

5. Because of the danger to caravan windows and the caravan occupiers, free ball games of any kind are  prohibited in the caravan area. A large safe playing area is only a short distance away. 

6. When booking please ensure details are correct. Should any alterations be necessary a new BOOKING FORM must be completed. Only the persons named on the form can occupy the caravan. Bookings are not transferable.

7.  In the event of cancellation deposits are returnable when covered by Insurance Schemes.

8. For hygenic reasons, bedding, blankets, pillows, cusions etc., must not be taken out of the caravans or used for pet bedding.

9. Any damage which may occur must be reported immediately by telephone or a note to our reception.

10. Holidaymakers should be aware that the caravan park is a wildlife area and therefore the ground can sometimes be uneven. Customers may also find a torch useful at night.

11. In the rare event that you should have a complaint, however serious or trivial, please contact us so that we may resolve the problem immediately. It is considered unreasonable to make a complaint on or after departure, if we have not been given the opportunity to correct any matters that may arise during your stay at our caravan park.

12. Dogs are allowed at certain times of the year (please refer to price list for details) provided owners exercise proper control and by arrangement with Perranporth Caravan Holidays. During the times dogs are  permitted the following rules apply — 

 a) Dogs are not permitted in any buildings or shops in the Holiday Complex. At all times they must be kept on  a lead in the Holiday Complex. 

 b) Dogs must be kept on a lead and exercised WELL AWAY from the site. 

 c) Dogs must NEVER be left unattended in the Caravans. 

 d) Dog owners MUST provide suitable bedding for their pets and are reminded that caravan furniture and caravan bedding is not to be used for this purpose.

 e) Failure to comply with these rules may result in the owners having to remove their dogs from Perranporth Caravan Holidays. See price list notes for further details. 

13. Users of the site do so at their own risk and the Management cannot accept responsibility for accidents causing  injury damage or loss of any kind.
